The AI Translator App (hereinafter: "App", "we", "us", or "our") is created and operated by Shaiq Paracha (operating as SincereGen Technologies).

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING THE APP.

We make the App available to you subject to the following Terms of Use. Do not use the App if you do not accept these Terms of Use. If you use the App, you affirmatively accept these Terms of Use.

1. Use of the App

1.1 By using the App, you are consenting to our processing of data as set forth in our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy is compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and includes disclosures regarding the use of Microsoft Clarity for behavioral analytics.

1.2 You agree to use the App only for purposes permitted by (a) these Terms of Use and (b) any applicable law or regulation in the relevant jurisdictions.

1.3 The App may communicate with our servers to check for updates, bug fixes, and new versions. By installing the App, you agree to these automatic updates.

1.4 We reserve the right to stop providing the App (or any features within) at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

2. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

2.1 Subscription Services: Certain features of the App require a paid subscription ("Premium"). Subscriptions are billed on a weekly, monthly, or yearly basis as selected by you.

2.2 Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your iTunes Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

2.3 Free Trials: If a free trial is offered, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless canceled 24 hours before the trial expires.

2.4 Credit Packs: You may purchase non-expiring "Cloud Credits" for specific usage. Credits are a one-time purchase and do not auto-renew.

2.5 Management: You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time via your App Store Account Settings.

2.6 Refunds: All billing and refunds are handled exclusively by Apple. We do not have the authority to process refunds directly.

3. Acceptable Use

3.1 You may not distribute or send through the App (including via the Custom Keyboard extension): (1) any spam or unsolicited advertisements; (2) chain mail; (3) numerous copies of similar messages; (4) empty messages; (5) messages categorized as "phishing"; or (6) files that disrupt server stability.

3.2 You must not use the App in any way that causes damage to the App’s accessibility or availability.

3.3 You must not use the App for any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties (AI Translation Accuracy)

4.1 The App utilizes Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning APIs (Google Cloud). While we strive for high accuracy, we do not guarantee the absolute accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any translation provided.

4.2 You agree that Shaiq Paracha (operating as SincereGen Technologies) is not liable for any misunderstandings, miscommunications, or consequences arising from the use of translated text, voice, or image data.

4.3 You use the App and its translations at your own risk.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 All software, design, text, and graphics within the App are the intellectual property of Shaiq Paracha (SincereGen Technologies). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal use only.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use the App.

7. Business Transfers

7.1 Data and obligations under these Terms may be transferred as part of any merger, acquisition, or sale of company assets by Shaiq Paracha (operating as SincereGen Technologies).
