The Purge Cleaner app (hereinafter: "App", "we", "us", or "our") is created and operated by Shaiq Paracha (operating as SincereGen Technologies).

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING THE APP.

We make the App available to you subject to the following Terms of Use. Do not use the App if you do not accept these Terms of Use. If you use the App, you affirmatively accept these Terms of Use.

1. Use of the App 1.1 By using the App, you are consenting to our processing of data as set forth in our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy is compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and includes disclosures regarding the use of Microsoft Clarity and Firebase for behavioral and crash analytics. 1.2 You agree to use the App only for purposes permitted by (a) these Terms of Use and (b) any applicable law or regulation in the relevant jurisdictions. You specifically agree not to use the Secret Vault feature to store, hide, or distribute illegal content. 1.3 The App may communicate with our servers to check for updates, bug fixes, and new versions. By installing the App, you agree to these automatic updates. 1.4 We reserve the right to stop providing the App (or any features within) at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

2. Disclaimer of Warranties (Data Deletion, Compression & Encryption) 3.1 File Deletion: The App provides tools to bulk-delete photos, videos, contacts, and emails. You acknowledge that deleting files via the App may result in permanent data loss. It is your sole responsibility to review files before confirming deletion. 3.2 Secret Vault: The App utilizes local mathematical encryption to secure files in the Vault. If you forget your PIN, lose your device, or uninstall the App without first restoring your files to the native gallery, your vaulted files will be permanently lost. We do not store your PIN or your files on our servers and cannot recover them for you. 3.3 Video Compression: The "Cruncher" feature alters the quality and resolution of media files. You accept that compressed files will have a lower quality than the originals. 3.4 No Liability for Data Loss: You agree that Shaiq Paracha (operating as SincereGen Technologies) is strictly not liable for any accidental deletion of important emails, contacts, photos, or videos, nor for the loss of data locked inside the Secret Vault. You use the App and its file-management tools entirely at your own risk.

3. Intellectual Property 4.1 All software, design, text, and graphics within the App are the intellectual property of Shaiq Paracha (SincereGen Technologies). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal use only.

4. Limitation of Liability 5.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use the App, including but not limited to the loss of digital media, contacts, or emails.

5. Business Transfers 6.1 Data and obligations under these Terms may be transferred as part of any merger, acquisition, or sale of company assets by Shaiq Paracha (operating as SincereGen Technologies).
