The AI Translator app (hereinafter: "App", "we", "us", or "our") is created and operated by Shaiq Paracha (operating as SincereGen Technologies). This Privacy Policy is compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By using the App, you are consenting to our processing of data as set forth in this Privacy Policy.
1. What data do our Apps obtain?
a. Automatically Collected Data & Analytics (Microsoft Clarity)
The App collects certain data automatically to improve user experience. We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our App through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products/services.
How it works: App usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products/services and user activity.

b. User Provided Data & Permissions
To function properly, the App requires specific permissions:
Camera & Photos (Vision): Processed solely to extract and translate text.
Microphone (Voice): Processed to convert speech to text for real-time translation.
Custom Keyboard Extension: If you grant "Full Access," it is used strictly to allow the keyboard to fetch translations via the internet. We do not log, track, or store keystrokes, passwords, or financial information.
c. Subscriptions & Transaction Data
When you purchase a subscription or credit pack, the transaction is processed via Apple’s In-App Purchase system.
We utilize RevenueCat to manage subscription states.
We collect your anonymized App User ID and purchase history to provide premium features and to sync your Cloud Credits across devices. We do not have access to, nor do we store, your credit card or billing information.
2. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We only share data with trusted service providers to fulfill the App's core functions:
Translation APIs: Google Cloud APIs for text, voice, and image processing.
Performance Analytics: Firebase Crashlytics for technical crash logging.
Behavioral Analytics: Microsoft Clarity for UI/UX improvements.
Subscription Management: RevenueCat and Apple App Store for processing payments.
3. Managing Your Data
Revoking Permissions: You may opt-out of Camera, Microphone, or Keyboard access at any time via your iOS System Settings.
Analytics Opt-out: You can manage your data sharing preferences within the App settings.
Uninstalling: You can stop all data collection by uninstalling the App using the standard iOS process.
4. Business Transfers
Data may be disclosed as part of any merger, acquisition, or sale of company assets. In the event of insolvency or receivership, your data may be transferred as a business asset.
5. Children
We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent becomes aware that a child has provided data without consent, contact us at the email below for immediate deletion.
6. Security & Retention
Local Storage: Your translation history and Phrasebook are stored locally on your device. You can clear this at any time in the App settings.
Analytics Retention: Automatically collected analytics data is retained for up to 12 months.
Transaction Records: Purchase history is retained by Apple and our subscription provider as long as necessary to maintain your "Premium" status.
7. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
