The Purge Cleaner app (hereinafter: "App", "we", "us", or "our") is created and operated by Shaiq Paracha (operating as SincereGen Technologies). This Privacy Policy is compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By using the App, you are consenting to our processing of data as set forth in this Privacy Policy.
1. What data do our Apps obtain?
a. Automatically Collected Data & Analytics The App collects certain data automatically to improve user experience. We partner with Microsoft Clarity, Firebase Analytics, and Firebase Crashlytics to capture how you use and interact with our App through behavioral metrics, session replays, and crash logs to improve our products/services. How it works: App usage data is captured using tracking technologies to determine the popularity of features, marketing attribution, and app stability. Purpose: We use this information for App optimization, fraud/security purposes, and internal marketing analytics. b. User Provided Data & Device Permissions To function properly, the App requires specific on-device permissions. Your personal files are processed locally on your device and are never uploaded to our servers.
Photo Library (Read/Write): Processed locally to identify duplicates, compress videos, and delete unwanted media.
Contacts: Processed locally to find and merge duplicate names, numbers, and emails.
Face ID / Biometrics: Used strictly by iOS to securely lock and unlock your Secret Vault. Biometric data never leaves your device and is never accessible to us.
c. Google / Gmail Integration (Email Janitor) To use the "Email Janitor" feature, you may choose to connect your Gmail account via Google OAuth.
Data Accessed: The App accesses your mailbox metadata (sender names, email addresses, and subjects) to group subscriptions and allow you to bulk-delete promotional emails.

Google API Services User Data Policy
2. Data Sharing and Third Parties We only share anonymized analytical and transactional data with trusted service providers to fulfill the App's core functions:
Performance & Marketing Analytics: Firebase (Crashlytics & Analytics)
Behavioral Analytics: Microsoft Clarity
3. Managing Your Data
Revoking Permissions: You may revoke access to your Photos, Contacts, or Face ID at any time via your iOS System Settings.
Revoking Gmail Access: You can disconnect your Gmail account directly within the App or revoke access via your Google Account Security settings.
Uninstalling: You can stop all data collection by uninstalling the App using the standard iOS process. Warning: Uninstalling the app will permanently delete any files secured inside the Secret Vault.
4. Business Transfers Data may be disclosed as part of any merger, acquisition, or sale of company assets. In the event of insolvency or receivership, your data may be transferred as a business asset.
5. Children We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent becomes aware that a child has provided data without consent, contact us at the email below.
6. Security & Retention
Local Processing: Your photos, videos, and contacts are analyzed locally. We do not store your media on our servers.
Vault Security: Files moved to the Secret Vault are encrypted and stored within the App's local sandbox.
Analytics Retention: Automatically collected analytics data is retained for up to 12 months.
7. Changes We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
